Treasure Coast Live brings an absolutely stacked gathering of musicians to Terra Fermata in Stuart on January 30, 2027, bringing together players whose musical paths run through Lettuce, Break Science, Trey Anastasio Band, The String Cheese Incident, The Disco Biscuits, Guavatron and decades of funk, jazz, jam and improvisational music.

These aren't your every day regular bands. These are world class musicians who have spent years helping create the sounds and scenes we love, coming together for a night built around chemistry, improvisation and the possibility of something that may never happen exactly this way again.
PYTHON

At the center of PYTHON is Adam Deitch of Lettuce and Break Science, one of the most respected drummers, producers and groove architects in modern funk. Deitch's professional career stretches back to the 1990s, and his résumé includes work with John Scofield, Wyclef Jean, Pretty Lights, 50 Cent, Talib Kweli and countless others. He's also a four-time GRAMMY-nominated drummer, composer, arranger and producer.

Joining him is Eric "Benny" Bloom, the unmistakable trumpet force of Lettuce. Bloom joined Lettuce in 2011 and has spent years touring internationally while working with an enormous range of artists spanning funk, jazz, hip-hop and rock. His credits include Soulive, Pretty Lights, Chaka Khan, Bob Weir, Dave Matthews Band, Gary Clark Jr. and more, and he earned a GRAMMY for his work on Jon Cleary's Go-Go Juice.

On keys is BIGYUKI, the Japanese-born, Berklee-trained keyboardist who has become a serious presence in the New York jazz and experimental music world, combining jazz vocabulary with hip-hop, funk and electronic music.

And holding down the low end is Brad Miller, an improvisational bassist who has shared the stage with Deitch and a wide range of the worlds top players across the funk/jazz/jam world. Anyone who caught PYTHON's previous Terra Fermata appearance already knows what this combination can do--the band's 2025 Stuart performance drew particular praise for Miller and BIGYUKI.

And somehow, that's only half the night.
J.WAIL'S LIVE BAND -- A Once-in-a-Lifetime Lineup

J.WAIL has built his live project around exactly this concept: creating an ever-changing collective where electronic music collides with live drums, bass, keys, horns and fearless improvisation. His touring history includes hundreds of club, theater and festival dates and collaborations with members of String Cheese Incident, STS9, Lotus, Leftover Salmon, Perpetual Groove and many more.

For this night, J.WAIL'S LIVE BAND becomes something truly special.

Natalie Cressman -- Trey Anastasio Band
Trombonist, vocalist and composer Natalie Cressman has spent roughly a decade and a half touring with Trey Anastasio while simultaneously building a career spanning jazz, Brazilian music, funk and improvisation. Her collaborators include Carlos Santana, Phish, Phil Lesh, Oteil Burbridge, Big Gigantic, The Motet and Umphrey's McGee.

Michael Travis -- The String Cheese Incident
Michael Travis (on bass tonight) is a founding member and drummer/percussionist of The String Cheese Incident, a band whose roots stretch all the way back to 1993. For more than three decades, SCI has helped define the modern American jam scene through a fusion of bluegrass, rock, jazz, funk and improvisational music.

Allen Aucoin -- The Disco Biscuits
A Berklee-trained drummer, Allen Aucoin joined The Disco Biscuits in 2005 after winning the band's now-legendary public drummer auditions. For roughly two decades he helped drive the relentless rhythmic foundation behind one of the pioneering bands of the livetronica and trance-fusion movement.

Roddy Hansen -- Guavatron
Representing South Florida is Roddy Hansen of Guavatron, the West Palm Beach jamtronica outfit that grew from friendships dating back to the members' school years. Guavatron built its identity around exactly what this night celebrates: funk, electronic music, spontaneous improvisation and taking the music somewhere unexpected.
One Stage. Decades of Music. One Night.

There is a huge difference between seeing a great band and seeing a collection of musicians with this much history, experience and improvisational firepower walk onto the same stage.

That's what makes January 30 special.

Between these musicians are decades of tours, festivals, legendary venues, thousands of performances and some of the most influential bands in modern funk and jam music.

But none of that tells us exactly what will happen when they get onstage together.

And that's the point.

This is live music in its purest form: world-class players, deep grooves, improvisation, risk, chemistry and a room full of people getting to witness something that exists once.
